The Great Books Reading & Discussion Program

About Us
We are a small, but serious group of thoughtful readers of classical literature. You can find us at Great Books Discussion Group - Bloomingdale (Bloomingdale, IL) | Meetup. We are working our way through the 1985 Series published by the Great Books Foundation. We have years of reading to go. All of our meetings are videoconference (because our membership is international), and we are always interested in expanding our group.

We use the Shared Inquiry approach from The Great Books Foundation. Here is a link to the approach: https://www.greatbooks.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Shared-Inquiry-Handbook.pdf

However, we have developed and use our own discussion questions.
